Hazel Oak Specialist Teaching Alliance (HOSTA) was established in 2016 and is based at Hazel Oak School. HOSTA provides training courses and professional development for staff in mainstream and special schools across the West Midlands. We provide specific training in: 

• Team Teach  
• Trauma Informed Practice 
• Communication and Speech and Language Therapy 
• Cognition and Learning Difficulties 

Hazel Oak School staff are able to provide bespoke support for staff in schools who require advice in supporting pupils with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND). 

HOSTA also hires training and classroom space for outside providers with or without catering.
