Business Owner – Human Resources & Recruitment Consultancy
My background is in Human Resources management and senior leadership within blue chip businesses and also owning my own business for the last 5 years.
I utilise my professional skills, where I support business with people development, policy design & implementation, change management, career coaching, staff issues and general business growth, expansion and continuous development.
With these skills in school, I am Deputy Chair and Chair the Staffing & Pay Committee and support the school and staff with HR issues.
Reason for becoming a School Governor
I have been a school Parent Governor since October 2014.
I enjoy helping the staff, head, school and fellow governors with the continuous improvement of the school, and the school governance and strategy for the future.
To support with all that work in the school, the community, with parents and more importantly with the pupils who we aim to get ‘life ready’ for their futures and enable them to achieve their potential.
