We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher at this popular and successful, all age special school. You will be required to provide professional leadership and management for the school in conjunction with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, ensuring success and improvement for the school, high quality education and personalised learning for all its pupils and high standards and achievement in all area of the school’s work. Hazel Oak is a diverse learning environment, with pupils who have a range of needs.
We are an Outstanding school, where staff are fully involved in the school’s development and have access to regular training and peer support. Teachers receive group planning time to support the delivery of our exciting, life skills driven curriculum. There is also great scope to take your skills out into the local educational community through outreach work, building home-grown success for all.
